简要经历

         1995年毕业于白求恩医科大学，获外科学硕士学位。

        graduated from Bethune Medical University in 1995 with a master's degree in surgery.

        从事泌尿外科临床工作，对泌尿外科疾病的诊治特别是肾脏移植、腔内泌尿外科有较深的造诣。

        Engaged in clinical work of Urology and has deep attainments in the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases, especially kidney transplantation and endourology.

        青岛大学医学院硕士研究生导师，泰安市专业技术拔尖人才，泰安市首批“泰山医学家”，医院优秀专家。

临床工作

       成功开展了医院首例肝脏移植、首例亲属肾移植并率先在省内开展了HLA配型，为近300位尿毒症患者实施了肾脏移植术;成功地实施了双肾序贯移植，打破了高敏患者肾脏移植的禁区。

引进了气压弹道腔内碎石术及前列腺汽化电切术，促进了我院腔内泌尿外科的发展。

Successfully carried out the first liver transplantation and the first relative kidney transplantation in the hospital, took the lead in carrying out HLA matching in the province, and implemented kidney transplantation for nearly 300 uremic patients; The successful implementation of double kidney sequential transplantation broke the forbidden zone of kidney transplantation in highly sensitive patients. Pneumatic ballistic intracavitary lithotripsy and vaporization electroresection of prostate were introduced, which promoted the development of intracavitary urology in our hospital.
